Ell had her dental surgery yesterday. She had never been put on anesthesia and it made this scenario even more scary.
You can tell in the above image that Ella is nervous about the situation. I tried to keep her happy and worry-free and as a parent that is our job. However, it is hard sometimes to keep your child worry free, yet, your own fears are trying to take over. Thank goodness her daddy took off the afternoon to be there for her. I think he gave her the security she was needing at that moment in her life. Everything went great and we all had a wonderful experience at her dentist. We got her home and she watched a bunch of movies and got a new stuffed animal she saw on a youtube video and she thought it was "soooo cute" (her quote lol). She was in a bad mood waking up, but once she was awake she was back to her old-self. She hadn't eaten all day, so she ate and ate and ate some more. I had to tell her to slow down on the food. Today, it is like she never went through that, she is back to normal and running around like a chicken with its head cut off.
